Beautiful 2-storey apartment located in the city center and overlooking the famous 'balcony of Ostuni', known as the 'stradone’ that surrounds the city walls. You will be stunned by this enchanting house, from whose terrace you can enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of the hills of Ostuni and a vast expanse of olive trees.
You have access from a pedestrian alley, and through some steps you can reach the living area / kitchen with peninsula and stools, dining table, armchair, stone bench with pillows and a sofa. From this room you can also access the balcony with views.
From the living area you have access to the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. From the bedroom, 10 steps lead downstairs, where you will find a single sofa bed (futon), a large wardrobe and a second bathroom, also equipped with shower. It is also possible to access the lower floor from a secondary entrance located on the same alley as the main one (4 steps).
The house is made special by the presence of stone vaults, which make it very typical and characteristic; the lower floor instead is made entirely of stone.
From an external staircase accessible from the main entrance (15 steps) you can access the large terrace with sea views, perfect for a glass of wine at sunset or just to embrace the beautiful panorama with your eyes.
The two night areas (upstairs and downstairs) are not separated by a door.

Ostuni, the pearl of Valle d’Itria, is known as the White city for its historic centre, of a dazzling and immense white, showing its best with the famous Cathedral that dominates the olive trees plain, the park of the coastal dunes and a crystal clear sea. They narrow alleys are very particular, as well as Piazza della Libertà and S. Oronzo column, that majestically protects the city.
Its countryside reaches the heart of Valle d’Itria. Our guests can easily discover the amazing places of our land from here: Ceglie Messapica, historic town with a strong food and wine tradition; Cisternino, known as one of the most beautiful village in Italy; Alberobello, which is famous for its ancient dwellings, Trullos, world heritage since 1996. 30 kms north our guests can visit the archaeological park of Egnazia, or perhaps Polignano a Mare and Monopoli, old fishermen villages with evocative historic centres and enchanting beaches. Going further north, guests can find Bari, Eastern threshold, meanwhile going south they can discover Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi and further Lecce, capital of Barocco.
Taranto, the heart of Magna Grecia (ancient Greece) is west of Ostuni, and then Matera, particular for its Sassi and nominated european capital of culture for 2019.
Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes) are the closest airports to Ostuni.
